Zach is co-founder of Praxis and leads the company's broader development strategies.


Zach is also the founder and chairman of DarrowEverett LLP, a full-service business law firm with renowned expertise in the real estate, finance, and private equity sectors. He has a genuine passion for working through intricate issues and developing winning strategies. Leveraging his extensive network of contacts, deep understanding of the intricacies of the law, and negotiating acumen, he has developed a reputation as a leading dealmaker in sophisticated transactional matters.

Prior to founding DarrowEverett LLP Zach was a partner with a highly regarded Boston-based law firm. Additionally, Zach’s professional experience includes serving as a business executive for a portfolio company of a significant New York City-based hedge fund, a Fortune 500 health care company, and founder and CEO of a regional real estate investment and development firm.

Eric Wasserman

Principal

Eric is co-founder of Praxis and oversees the company's day-to-day operations while leading new business initiatives and strategic expansion efforts.

Outside of Praxis, Eric co-founded and leads the brokerage platform of a national, retail-focused real estate investment firm, advising a broad and diverse client base ranging from high-net-worth individuals and family offices to institutional investors and national restaurant operators across corporate and franchise platforms.

Eric also serves as Of Counsel in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at DarrowEverett LLP, where his practice centers on commercial leasing and acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions.
