*In certain states Praxis Title & Escrow or it’s affiliates are licensed and appointed to issue title insurance however certain portions of the transaction such as holding escrow or conducting the closing must be performed by an attorney. In such states Praxis principals, affiliates, or independent 3rd parties perform the attorney role. These states include North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Kentucky do not issue title licenses. In those states we are appointed to issue title insurance and comply with applicable state law.
In Texas, our affiliate Praxis Title & Escrow of Texas LLC is licensed to provide Title, Escrow, and Settlement Services.
In Pennsylvania Praxis Title & Escrow LLC we do-business-as Praxis Settlement Services LLC
