Many clients—particularly private fund and investment managers - require enhanced diligence on transaction counterparties to support investor requirements, internal fund documentation, regulatory compliance, and overall risk management. Through national third-party vendors, we assist clients in obtaining Know Your Client (“KYC”) and Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) searches.

While Praxis does not provide legal services, we assist clients in coordinating document preparation through a network of affiliated and third-party attorneys, including, but not limited to, deeds, releases, and related transaction documents.

Cost segregation studies are most commonly utilized for specialty asset types such as car washes, gas stations, self-storage facilities, manufacturing facilities, marinas, and similar assets. Through our relationship with a national cost segregation provider, we assist clients in expediting these studies by coordinating introductions between the provider and the client’s accounting and tax advisors.

Our affiliate, Praxis Risk Advisors LLC, a licensed general lines insurance agency, assists clients with underwriting, marketing, and placing property insurance for pending acquisitions. Upon client authorization, we coordinate the release of information to Praxis Risk Advisors to support a more streamlined placement process.
