In jurisdictions where we are not licensed, we serve as a single point of coordination, supporting our clients through longstanding relationships with the national commercial services teams of our title insurance underwriters and a network of attorneys and licensed title agencies.

In Pennsylvania Praxis Title & Escrow LLC operates under the d/b/a Praxis Settlement Services LLC. Our affiliate, Praxis Title & Escrow of Texas LLC, is licensed in Texas to issue title insurance and handle the settlement process.
In certain states, all or portions of the transaction, such as holding escrow or conducting the closing must be performed by an attorney. In those states, the attorney role is handled by Praxis affiliates, our underwriters, or independent third party attorneys, as may be applicable.
